Weekly gym summary table for tracking volume and PR notes.

This log is designed for wrestlers who take their gym work as seriously as their mat work. Strength, power, and conditioning built in the weight room directly translate to performance on the mat — and this book gives you the structure to track every rep, every set, and every week of that work.
Each week opens with the Weekly Gym Summary. Fill in the week number at the top, then use the daily rows to record your session focus for each training day (Strength, Conditioning, Mat Work, Recovery, or any other category), your total training volume for that session, and any personal records you hit during the week. Looking back at this page at the end of a training cycle gives you a fast snapshot of how your volume and intensity have built over time.
For each individual gym session, use the Gym Session Log. Start by recording the date and session type — whether it is a heavy strength day, a conditioning session, a circuit, or a hybrid. Log your warm-up in the row at the top to build the habit of documenting your preparation. The Main Lifts table gives you eight rows to record every primary exercise: write the movement name, then fill in your sets, reps, weight, and rest time. Below the table, use the Accessory Work box to log your supplemental exercises and the Conditioning Finisher box to capture the conditioning work you did at the end of the session.
The Notes pages at the back are available for programming notes, movement cues from your coach, pre-competition training plans, or any other details you want to keep alongside your session data.
