Welcome to Inner Gallery — a meditation journal created for those who believe that beauty and stillness belong together. Each page of this journal is an invitation to pause, to look inward, and to explore the quiet landscape of your own mind.
This journal contains three types of pages, each serving a distinct and meaningful purpose in your practice. The first is the Illustrated Prompt Page. These pages form the heart of Inner Gallery. Each one opens with a unique line-art illustration at the top — a visual anchor to help you settle into your session. Beneath the artwork, you will find a short reflection prompt written in italic. Let the prompt be a starting point, not a boundary. Write whatever arises when you sit with it. The wide lined space below belongs entirely to you.
The second type is the Daily Reflection Page. These pages offer more structure for those days when you want to check in with the full arc of your inner experience. Begin at the top with the date — this simple act of anchoring yourself in time is itself a meditation. The Morning Intention section invites you to set the tone for your day before it gathers speed. The Evening Reflection section asks you to look back honestly at what the day offered and what it asked of you. Finally, the Gratitude section gives you space to end with appreciation — even a single small thing noticed and named is enough.
The third type is the Notes Page. These pages are completely open, offering blank lined space for anything that does not fit neatly into the other formats. Use them for extended writing, sketches, quotes that moved you, dreams you want to remember, or thoughts that are still forming. There are no rules here.
There is no single correct way to use Inner Gallery. Some people will work through it daily. Others will return to it whenever they feel called. Some will write long and freely; others will write a single sentence and let it be enough. What matters most is that you show up — honestly, gently, and with the willingness to look. This journal will hold everything you bring to it.
