Comprehensive calendar grids with dedicated banners for setting monthly creative intentions.

Welcome to Sacred Strokes — a weekly mindfulness planner designed for those who believe that planning and presence belong together. This planner will carry you through an entire year, month by month and week by week, with a structure that supports both your daily intentions and your deeper inner practice.
Each month in this planner begins with two dedicated planning pages. The first is your Monthly Overview, a clean calendar grid showing the full month at a glance. Use it to mark key dates, appointments, and intentions at the start of each month. The second is your Habit Tracker, a 31-row daily grid with seven columns for habits of your choosing. Write your chosen habits in the header row at the start of each month, then use the daily circle to mark each day you complete it. Tracking even small habits consistently creates visible, encouraging momentum over time.
Following your monthly pages, you will find four weekly spreads — two facing pages per week. The left-side page holds Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with a small illustrated artwork header at the top to anchor your weekly practice in a moment of beauty. Each day section gives you lined space for tasks, appointments, and notes. The right-side page holds Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. At the top of the right page, you will find a Weekly Intention box — use this space at the start of each week to name the quality, focus, or mindset you want to carry through the coming days. This single practice of intention-setting is one of the most powerful things you can do for your week.
At the close of each month, there are Notes pages for anything that doesn't fit neatly into the weekly structure — extended reflections, ideas in progress, goals forming, or simply thoughts you want to hold somewhere.
There is no rule that says you must fill every line. Come to this planner gently and honestly. Some weeks will be full and rich; others will leave pages mostly blank. Both are a true record of a life being lived. What matters is that you return — consistently and with intention.
